Custom software and business systems that align team workflows.

Design administration, lead management, collaboration, lookup and integrations around user roles and data flows. Deliver agreed modules, APIs, permissions and deployment materials, with testing, handoff and maintenance responsibilities documented for the receiving team.

What we do

Requirements and release planning

Work with users to define who handles which information and when, mapping current and target workflows. Break needs into pages, rules, fields, interfaces and acceptance scenarios, separating launch scope, iterations and external dependencies. Retain useful existing systems rather than rebuilding unnecessarily.

Interfaces and business modules

Build dashboards, content tools, lead assignment, follow-up, search or reporting around team workflows. Design lists, details, bulk actions, errors and empty states together. Define states and owners before implementing approvals, reversals or collaborative actions.

Data structures and migration

Define field meanings, IDs, relationships, update timing and ownership. Map samples and trial imports before migration, checking duplicates, missing data, dates and encoding. Agree production import and rollback, with volume, cleaning and manual entry scoped separately.

APIs and automated workflows

Connect authorized CRM, notification, analytics or business tools with usable documentation. Define requests, responses, authentication, rate limits and failure handling. Add queues, retries, deduplication and alerts as needed, recording external limits rather than promising every tool can connect unconditionally.

Permissions and operational records

Design feature and data permissions by role and enforce view, edit, export and administration checks on the server. Scope logs, secret management, backups and recovery to the project. Test different roles and abnormal requests so ordinary accounts cannot invoke administrator actions.

Testing, deployment and maintenance handover

Test core workflows, API failures, concurrent actions and recovery at agreed data volumes. Deliver environment settings, deployment steps, dependency versions and rollback, confirming code and account ownership. Separate fixes, updates, monitoring, backups and new development, with support channels and response arrangements.

Deliver against a checklist,
accept against real scenarios.

Define each stage's outputs clearly for collaboration, checking and ongoing use.

Requirements baseline: workflows, features, roles and acceptance criteria

Product plan: core prototypes, business states and data definitions

Software: agreed frontend, backend, APIs and automated tasks

Integration materials: API examples, permission matrix and external dependencies

Launch materials: deployment, configuration, backups and rollback

Handover records: tests, code delivery arrangements and maintenance tasks

Features, operating scale and maintenance follow the agreed checklist. Specify third-party authorization, cloud resources, data cleaning and vendor cooperation separately. A working release does not include unlimited ongoing development.

How the project progresses

Confirm the plan before development and integration, with defined outputs at every stage.

  1. Discover and define

Use real cases to define the problem, roles, data, core rules and launch acceptance criteria.

  2. Prototype and technical plan

Confirm interactions, data structures, API boundaries and deployment; validate uncertain dependencies on a small scale first.

  3. Module development and integration

Demonstrate working features in stages, test interfaces and data flows, and record completed work, issues and scope changes.

  4. Acceptance and operational handover

Accept against agreed scenarios, deploy with instructions and define responsibilities for fixes, maintenance and new features.

Questions you may have

Can you extend our existing CRM or administration system?

Review code, data, APIs and permissions first to assess extension, integration or module replacement. If another vendor maintains the system, define required documentation and cooperation without promising every connection in advance.

Can historical spreadsheets be imported?

Provide de-identified samples to confirm fields, volume and duplicates before trial imports. Verify counts, key fields and relationships before migration, with backups and rollback. Scope extensive cleaning or manual work separately.

How do you prevent support staff seeing restricted data?

Define roles and data scope, enforce permissions on the server and test viewing, editing and exports with different identities. Hidden buttons are only presentation and cannot replace API or data-access controls.

Who owns the source code, servers and accounts?

Agree ownership of code, custom work, third-party licenses and cloud accounts before work. At acceptance, provide agreed repositories or packages, configuration guidance and administrator access, not just a URL with no takeover path.

Can you build automation and scheduled reports?

Assess authorized sources and defined rules. Specify triggers, frequency, retries, duplicate handling and human takeover. List paid APIs, third-party activation and additional cloud resources as dependencies.
